LelyPharma produces solid medication and packs it in blisters. The aluminium back is printed with our plates. Until recently, batch code and expiry date were embossed into it: that took a lot of set-up time and carried a risk of errors.

Batch-specific flexo plates
We replaced embossing with printing. The codes are in the plate and print along. LelyPharma enters the base number, batch code and expiry date in the Volkers Portal and automatically receives a PDF for approval. Once approved, the plate is produced and shipped.
