The printing plate is literally the bridge between your file and the result on the shelf. We produce digitally imaged polymer plates and sleeves in house in Nijkerk, including a print proof up front.
Printers order the way that suits them: through our portal, by email or with an XML integration straight from their own system. The portal generates batch-specific plates with variable codes automatically, including a PDF for approval. Brand owners get the same expertise: as the single point of contact, the pressure is on us.

Do you also work with our own printer?
Yes. We work with more than thirty printers at home and abroad and tune plate and artwork to their specific press and profiles.
How fast is a plate ready?
It depends on size and type, but in-house production and automated order handling keep lead times short. Ask us for the current lead time.
What are batch-specific plates?
Plates that already contain variable data such as batch code and best-before date. You fill them in on our portal, automatically get a PDF for approval and the plate goes straight into production.
